Using Anger as a Motivator



We all know that anger is really negative and powerful feeling, really powerful emotions. But we can use that enormous release of energy to achieve our goals in life. The only thing which we need to learn is how to focus, filter that energy for our cause, for our won purpose. The thing about anger that it lies in every human being, it lies within us and we should not be afraid or ignore it. 


From time to time we should release that energy from within to without to build self-esteem, self confidence, to face our fears, but also we should focus ourselves on our goals. What does it mean ? It means that when we notice that we are under this feeling we should start using this feeling, start thinking on our goals and on the steps which we need to take to achieve our goals. Anger is going to power us with enough energy and with enough motivation because in those moment we are not thinking to do harm to other human being and we are not seeking revenge instead of that we are using this energy for something productive, we are using it for our goals, to improve ourselves, to improve our life and our life standards. 


The truth about anger is that it is toxic, that's the reason most of us are not allowing to this feeling that he is controlling us, sending us on the place and do things which we can regret, instead of that we are controlling it and using this energy for something else. The thing is that to achieve this state of mind first we should achieve awareness. That means that we should be aware of the state of mind in which we are when we are under the effect of the anger. 


In those moments we are able to use that state of mind for our cause. As you can see its all about awareness or to be honest about the life in the moment, because when you are aware of your feelings in the moment you are living in the moment and you can make the decision which is best suiting for you and not allowing to your mind to do what he wish to do, instead of that we are actually not only taking the control over our feelings and our emotions but we are also taking the control over our mind, taking the control over our thought process. 


If you do not control your anger, there are so many stupid things which you are capable to do, that's the reason why people are mostly afraid of this feeling, because they never learned how to use it for something else except to bring destruction. As you can see there is always other path you can choose to go, the one which is going to bring most benefits to you. So next time when you notice that you are under the anger because of something or because of someone, don't seek the revenge, filter it, use it for yourself, focus yourself on the steps you need to take to achieve your goals, and soon you will see how you not only learned how to control this feeling but also how with every step you take you are closer to your goals.
