How to Win against Yourself ?

Most of the time they are there with us, so long we don’t even notice it. They are part of us, our routine, we get used on them. But less do we know that every habit is actually addiction on something. And some of them are really hard to get rid off. Lets say you have a habit to go one time in the week to the shopping or eating fast food. The thing is that you will always go in shopping and you will always eat fast food, you will do it until the last day of your life or until you don’t decide that you are quitting, that you don’t wanna do it anymore. We need to know that clearing a toots is also a habit, also one can say same as shopping addiction. Smoking cigarettes is also a bad habit. More bad habits we have so much worse we are. More good habits we have, more better we are. Also that means that every habit one can replace for another one. That means that bad habit can be replaced for good one and opposite. As already said, habit is addiction and we know how does one heal himself from addiction. In case we don’t know how does one heal himself, then we need to know that every addiction is possible to heal only if we introduce ourself to the power of will. That means that one need to suffer hes addiction, also he needs to go through the pain. That means in our fall we don’t need to go to shopping, we don’t need to smoke, simply as that. The thing is, its hard but if your decision is definite, you will never break it and at the end you're going to win, your going to win against yourself, and you will be healed. From there on find a new habit, a good one and replace it. The only thing possible is that your life is going to be better, your going to be better, but the most important you will be good with yourself!! Thank for reading !!!
