What would you say if I say to you that you don’t have your 

opinion instead you are having opinion as they wish you to have. 

Yes, its truth, to have your opinion first of all you need to have the 

clearance of the mind. And to achieve the clearance of the mind 

there are two possible way, the first one is that you control your 

thoughts and the second is to meditate, to learn how to disconnect, 

how to disconnect your brain. The both method are actually good 

and you should choose the one that suits you the best. But lets talk

 now about how they are forming your opinion but not only your 

but also the public opinion. The method is actually really simple.

 First of all the social media and the newspapers and the second 

way is through television. But also there are different methods to do

 it in every are we just said. But as a explanation I will write the

 most easiest and simplest method how they are forming our 

opinions. Also we need to know that when they are actually 

forming our opinion they are forming our beliefs. When you see the

 name of the article that starts with “ The Scientist made a 

discovery that this and this is not good or that they made a 

discovery how some of your habits are negatively effecting

 your life “ would you doubt at it. Majority will not because not that

 they are only open minded but they mind is taking every 

information his getting without asking himself is it truth or is it 

false. As you can see using the word Scientist they can write 

everything, even the nonsense and sadly majority will believe in it,

 and to make it more convincingly its enough that they use few 

more times the word Scientist somewhere in the article and you 

will never doubt on in. As you can see they are really smart, but not

 smarts as they think they are. One should learn to protect himself 

and his own beliefs because your beliefs also the things in which
