Why do you think that you can master and lead others if you are not ready and able to master yourself. Everything starts with you, everything starts with decision that you are going to be the best version of yourself. Its never easy and it will never be.  You are going in to the war, in to the war against yourself. You are your worst enemy, and only you can conquer that enemy conquering yourself. To become a leader you first need to be able to lead yourself. Its in those small steps, those small steps you are doing just to become a bit better then yesterday. You need to go in to the place called pain, you need to go there and enjoy it, because only when you start enjoying pain you are also enjoying the growth. YES PAIN. Growth starts to show up on the place called pain. No one ever found a growth in the place called comfort zone. Why to be a mediocre when you can be great when you can achieve greatness in every field of life you choose. Everything starts with you. Evolution of greatness starts with the day when you decide that you are going to discipline yourself. Discipline yourself to stop doing things you don’t wish to do anymore. You need to become aware of the moment, you need to become self-conscious. To become self-conscious you need to become conscious of the voice within you. Voice within you is your enemy, because he is you, because hes addicted to the things. Defeating that voice you are going to defeat yourself and you will grow as a human being. Thanks for reading !!!
