Do you know that almost no one on this world can’t focus on particular things for definite amount of time, except maybe some students. Thats the life discipline which people forget how to use. Mostly thats because people quit to studying. Also if one is having life problems, he is not able to focus on only one problem at the time, so he can find a way how to solve it but instead hes mind is wandering and thinking about all those problems at the same time, and the only thing you can see in those situations is nothing else then the fog. Because I was having the same problems with the focus and also because I was not able to focus, I was drowned in big life problems. When one find himself in the problems where hes mind is not able to see way how to solve those problems then he must learn how to focus one more time and thats exactly what I did. There is a proven method I am using every day, and really more I am doing it better I am. I can honestly say that these days, also one year after using this method I am able to think whole day only about one thing. I get full control over my mind and there is no possible way that he can wander. The method is actually really simple. The only thing you need to do is to start following your breath. As you are following your breath you will notice that after some time your breath is becoming shorter and shorter. That your body do not need so many breath to breath.
In one moment you are going to start thinking that you are going to stop breathing. In that moments its crucial that you push it trough, because thats only your mind trying to trick you because he is aware what you are trying to do and he don’t like it. There is no possible way that you are going to choke yourself because your unconscious mind has learned this operation on the day when you are born'ed. That means that there is no possible way that you can forget it. When you push trough that filthy and tricky mind game, you will see that you are barley breathing but that breath you are taking is the purest breath you ever took. And that that breath is just enough for you to breath. That type of breathing is actually the one and the only natural way of breathing. You will become so calm, so patient, there actually does not exist something that can destroy your patience and that feeling of relaxation. In that moment you actually took the control over your mind, and you will notice that your mind is actually nothing else then the play ground, and the most beneficial thing after doing this is that, you are going to get ULTIMATE FOCUS. The outside world is not going be able to do anything to you, and when I say outside world then I think about people, because in every second you are going to be conscious about every move you do and every move before you do, you will ask yourself is it good to do it or not, and when you get the answer from yourself, from your conscience you will do the right thing.
