Is Every Decision We Make Our Choice ?

The fact is that everything we do starts with a decision. The sad part is that we are actually not aware of it. But it really is so. Every morning when you woke up you actually are deciding to go to the work or maybe even not. But most of the time we're not aware of it, because our decision is transformed in to our habit, just like washing the teeth's. Mostly those are all things we are not aware, but if we are not aware of those things, that automatically means that we are not selfs-conscious. To answering on question is also a decision. But the most amazing fact is our reaction on the question we are answering. Also lets say that someone is really talking bad with us. Did we ever tried to stop, to think about his words and then decide what are we going to answer. Most of the people did never do such a thing. But the truth is also that most of us are not aware of our existence. The fact is that when we shoot'd back on that person, mostly we did not decide how are we going to react we started automatically to defend ourself's and mostly that means we started to talk bad too. Now, less did we know that in that particular moment we accepted they opinion as ours and that hurt'ed us. That hurt'ed us only because we decided to react as they are, also that automatically means that we are actually hurt'ed ourself's, because we allowed it. In that moment when he or she was attacking us we need'ed to stay calm, still and to have cold head. And all those words should disappear, we wouldn't be influenced by them. I know its hard not to answer on insulting but, that not answering, on insults, has a name and its called self control. If we choose also decided, to stay calm and steady, we were immune on all those insults. We need to know that on every question we give answer every fight we decide to follow, we have freedom to chose what answer are we going to give or are we even going allow ourself's that fight.
