There is no man on this planet who wasn't hearth broken. But every time when one brakes his hearth the truth is that pushing trough that pain the one is going to grow as a human being. To protect our hearth of being hurt'ed; we need to follow it, after all, if its going to be broken it should only be broken by ourselves. Giving our hearth to someone else is the most common mistakes we are doing. Because in those moment we are stopping to follow it and the other human being is going to have two hearths to care about. The truth is that you cannot give your hearth to someone. But if  you said to someone that you gave him your hearth did you ever think about what would happen if that person comes in situation when he needs to choose between your hearth and his own, what will happen. Its naturally that he or she are going to choose they own hearth and at the end you are probably going to be hurt'ed. As we can see its not so wise to give someone your hearth. Following your hearth you are allowing to yourself to become what you really are, you are allowing to yourself to become the one and only REAL YOU ! Why to be a copy, when the world is full of copies, why not decide to become original. Allowing yourself to be what you really are, you are always going to be fulfilled, you are always going to be on track. You are going to search happiness in small things, because the truth is that money and the gifts cant buy happiness, you are going to get inspiration from the nature, from the birds in the trees, you are going to witness changes on yourself every day. Why not to follow your hearth because if you don’t do it you are going to lose yourself and there is no reason why should one allow it to himself. You are going to become honest human being and because of your honesty your perspective will shift, you will learn how to remove the mask from the face. In those moments when you remove your own mask you are also come on knowledge, how to remove it from other human beings. Your world is going to change, you will start every day to see more and more new things, you will be able to know when someone is lying to you, you will be able to shift the perspectives every time when you wish it, you are going to come on the knowledge about human behavior, the wisdom of body language is also going to come upon you. Because the wisdom lies in you, your hearth is the only wisdom you ever needed, ask your hearth, ask yourself questions about yourself, you will see that there is no answer you don’t know about yourself. Wanna change something in your life, set to yourself a question about what should you do to change yourself, you will automatically get the answer because your hearth like already said knows every possible answer about you if you are honest with yourself. To help yourself, you need to know that you need to work on yourself, you need start looking on your own mistakes and start fixing those mistakes, you need to be committed to yourself. If you fail the only think you can do is to forgive to yourself and arise and try one more time, never give up. But every time when you try you are building a piece of the will, that is so crucial for you and to achieving your dreams. As we cam see its about self help. One need to learn how to help to himself, because on this cruel world no one is going to help you if they are not ale to get something in return from you. Knowing that you need to learn how you and only you are able to help yourself. Working on yourself is never easy task, its never a easy road but after all its the only road one should follow if hes wishes are to achieve something out of himself and out of his life.
