How to Quit Lying

The fact is that to quit lying is not easy. Someone will maybe say that it is easy but if you are hard core lier then try it just to see are you speaking the truth and if its hard or not. The fact is that it is not, if you are life long lier, lying is your habit. Your mind and your thong are much faster then your soul. Even if you wish to speak the truth it will be hard because you need first to take the control over your thong and over your mind. You need start caching yourself in the lies. Also the first time when you catch yourself in the lie you will also be able in those moments to bring a decision are you going to continue to lie or in that moment you are going to change yourself and you will start speaking the truth. Everything starts with a decision and its never easy but if you are willing to practice it at the end you will win. You will fail, at the start you will probably fail often but if you show persistence at the end you can push trough and come out as a new human being, as a better human being as the one who's not lying anymore. I know so much people that wish to stop lying because they know that every new lie they spoke out is only making the inner fight and unrest worst. They wish to find a courage to start speaking the truth, but I don’t know do they know that truth and a courage are coming in same package. Only when you are afraid and when you go there and you say that truth no matter what is going to happen to you, you are also going to get a piece of courage. Its sounds so easy, but every easy and simple thing are actually really hard to do. Thanks for reading
