Why do We need Motivation ?

Motivation as a fuel:

Every man has a goals in hes life. But every man is not able too reach that goal. Why´s that ? It´s kinda logic, because of lack of motivation. Because of that, we need to find our motivation. We need too know that motivation can be everything.

 Motivation examples:

- Someone from our past

- Too prove someone that we are able too do it

- Our beloved one

- Because we are heartbroken etc...

 Motivation is really crucial. Because without motivation, we are not able too reach that goal. When we´r starting too work, to reach our goal, motivation will be a fuel. Fuel that will always be there, be there in our toughest moments. She will not allow us that we make pause, or even quit. Because we know, why are we doing, what we do. Most people don´t have goals in he´s lives, and because of that they are cruising. They are cruising whole life. They lost goals and they forget how too set a goal. Because of that they have automatically forget how too have motivation too. Probably because of: day life, they jobs, too much stress, problems with family etc...

Most people are satisfied with they life´s, they are going too job, working there eight ours or even maybe more, for someone else. The Truth ist that most people forget how to dream. We need to know that goal is equally too a dream. So if we wanna be our own bosses, we need too set ourself goal, goal so big, that when we succeed, it will blow our own mind. Nothing is impossible. We just need too set ourself a goal and start working daily on achieving our goal. But not work only eight our. We need too start working 24 hours. Sleep, what is sleep ? Sleep is state of mind just like a pain. We need to fight with a sleep. When we noticed that we are tired, that´s a moment when we need to fight back. We need to fight back minimal one hour. We are here too become richt. Hundred procent ist too little, 110% is good but not enough. Because other guy is not sleeping, hes working. We need too outwork our rivals. Talent is nothing, hard work outwork talent everyday. We need to grind. So guys and girls, lets START GRINDING !!!
