Is Our Brain Our Ultimate Enemy ?
First of all, I wish you, Good Morning, Good Day, Good Afternoon or maybe Good Evening. Not sure when you are going to read it. But I am sure you are going to enjoy it.
Also If you are here just to get the answer, then the answer is YES it is, now you can go, you get your answer. But if you wanna find out, why is it so, then stay tuned. The most people are listening on hes brains, also they are doing what he says that they should do. Now comes in the question, what for thoughts is our brain having. If we are having bad thoughts, then for sure is, that we are going to do bad deeds, we are not going to be happy, we will be in stress all day long, we will hate everything, when we saw that someone hurt himself, well in that moment we are going to be happy, just because our brain is programmed that he think only bad, when we saw that someone is hurt, we are going to laugh, because for our brain, that is happiness at that moment, and much other bad examples. What can we except from bad thoughts or precise to say for bad brain ??
I will tell you what can you except, because I was having bad thoughts for like seven or maybe eight years. The only thing you can except is pain, unhappiness, pain, every day is like our worst day, fight with loved ones, lack of patience and much other bad things. But, you know, these days I am thinking only positive hahahaha. Changes can be that great. Also now, there is only one way how we can defeat our brain and that's STRONG WILL. I will write you now easiest example that exist. I am speculating now, also you are a smoker, and you wanna quit. But you cant, you tried to succeed, so you are smoking less. Every day, you smoked one cigarette less, and ( now I am speculating too ) your stuck with that one cigarette. You cant quit smoking, you need to smoke that one cigarette or you think that your going to die or what I know. But that's not the real way, the way to quit smoking. Because that's all your brain playing with you. You need to get control over your brain, you need to say to him, I am the Boss in this body and your going to do, what I say. Easy to say, not so easy to do. Also, if we decide that we are going to quit, THAT'S IT, WE ARE QUITTING.
Since we made that decision, that we are quitting smoking. If we get that feeling that we need to smoke, we need to know, that's only our brain playing with us, and hes trying to take control again. Like I already said, that's the moment when we need to show him who is the Boss. That's called a STRONG WILL. That's the will that can move mountains, that's the will that can divide the seas, that's the will that can do everything that we wanna achieve in our life, that's the will that makes from us a gentleman, A MAN !!! Also, we do not need to be afraid, we need to do it. When we decide, then that's our final decision, there is no going back. Or he will take a control one more time, and then maybe we will not be able to take the control back.
When we get that control, only thing we need to do, is to train him on daily basis, and really it is so, we need to do it on daily basis, its not important what are you going to do. Set yourself maybe a new goal in your life. A goal so big, when you achieve it, it will blow your minds. But we need to know, when we achieve that goal, then we need to set a new goal, because thats the only way that we stay in charge. Only so, only so we can achieve impossible things in our lives, the things that small minds are afraid of. Thanks for reading.
