Spiritual Unrest

How to solve a Spiritual Unrest:

Good Evening everyone, did you have a great day, did you forget to smile ?

Also what is it a Spiritual Unrest ? The Spiritual Unrest is actually unrest of our spirit. We know that every man has his own spirit, its the voice that talk to us, but not the voice in our heads, its the voice that's speaks our heart or precise to be our soul. How can it be that our soul is unrest'ed ? Actually its really easy, if we are having bad thoughts all day long, all month long, all year long, that's the reason of the unrest. We need to know that thought can be bad, but also the thought can be happy. We need to chose what thoughts are we going to have,bad ones or the good ones. We need also to know that thoughts are directly connected with feelings. That means, if we have bad thoughts, we will automatically get bad feelings, and if we have positive or good thoughts we are going to be lucky. Also I am choosing positive thoughts and I am trying to delete all my negative thoughts. That means if we choose to have good thoughts, we are going to be always happy. Also the conclusion is, the Spiritual unrest comes only from bad thoughts, but is it really so ? Actually no, its not. There is one more factor that comes in the play, and the name from that Factor is a Lie. If we start lying, we will also get Spiritual unrest for sure. Lying comes directly from bad thoughts. When we are going to lie, we actually get information from our brain that we need to lie. Also our brain is bad.

Yea actually it is so, our brains are bad. Also we get bad thoughts, our mouths are starting to lie, and because of that we are getting that spiritual unrest. That means, that we need to learn how to control our brain. Seems crazy and impossible, but actually it is not crazy and it is possible. We just need to practice it and with time it will be easy. We need to know when we get a bad thought or when we know that we are going to start lying, at this moment, we find ourself on the intersection. Its our free will what path are we going to take. Or we are going to take a Path of bad thoughts, bad feelings, and lies or we are going to take the right Path and that is the path of the Truth. And that is the only way how we can repair our spiritual unrest. The Truth is the only way to make our soul better, and the Truth is the only way to make something of our life. We need to know that lie, no mother how big she is, the Truth will always be bigger. It is really so and there is no other way, if you wanna be famous, if you wanna be the best in something, if you wanna be rich, any thing that one want is only accomplished if we chose the Path of the Truth. Because one that is telling the truth and nothing else then Truth, he does not have a fear. Because he knows hes right all the time. He does not have a fear of risk, because he know he will maybe not do it immediately, but he will to it absolutely and definitely. For everything, no mother what are we going to do, success does not come in one night. It is a process. It take years. Also if we are going to talk Truth and nothing else then Truth, we will for sure cleans our soul and we are going definitely to make something of our life.
