If you are not happy with yourself, to change yourself is only right thing to do. To work on yourself is always hard but always pays of. But to change yourself you need to change your spirit, you need to take a control over your spirit. If your spirit is hating, hes doing it because your hating yourself. Everything starts within. To change it you need start doing things you love. If you're doing so, slowly you will start to love yourself and more you love yourself more you are going to start loving other people. If your spirit is judging you need to start giving yourself auto suggestions with your inner voice, because thats the voice of your spirit. Start saying to yourself “ I’m not judging others, if there is someone I need to judge let it then be me that I'm going to judge !". If hes jealous on others, the principle is actually the same you need start telling to yourself “ I'm not jealous on others, everything they have, they accomplished with hard work, because of that, I'm also going to work hard so I can take everything I ever wanted !". To stop lying you need to say to yourself “ I'm always speaking the truth because I'm controlling my tongue and in the moment when my mind says to me that I need to lie, to defend myself, I'm going to say the truth no matter what is going to happen with me, because the truth is only right way of living !". Everything you wanna accomplish, you can achieve it trough the auto suggestion and iron will. Don’t be afraid of changes, because changes can be that great, but only if you decide so, and your will, will always be there to help you achieve your goals, when changes come in question, not only in spiritual but also in every aspect of your life.
