How to Control Your Thoughts
The fact is that, its really important that we take control over our mind. If we don’t do it, then the fact is that the mind is going to take control upon us and that we are unconsciously going to travel trough the life. One can ask himself how to take control over your mind. Taking the control over your mind is actually thinking process. We need to be aware of our thoughts. We need to be aware when the thought comes in to our mind because that thought will probably be our future, something that we are going in not so far or in far future do. To make it, we need to practice focusing on our thoughts. For the start we can practicing to think on absolutely nothing.
With the time we are going to be able, if we wanna, to think all day on nothing. But also we are going to be aware when the new thought comes, because when you think on nothing and in one moment you notice that something is going on, on the screen of you mind you are actually controlling your mind. You are noticing your thoughts. Now the only thing to do is to decide are you going to take that thought and live it. Are you going to think about that thought more, because, more you think on the same thought, more similar new thoughts is going to come. Also, its really important to notice if the thought is positive or the negative. In the moment when you can notice if the thought is positive or the negative one you are also able to act adequate. If you wanna live happy life, then you are going to choose the good thoughts, the negative thoughts are going to bring you negative results.
