WIN/WIN METHOD

In the society where the compromise is a normal thing a WIN/WIN method does not stand a chance but thats mostly because the people never heard for it and also they don’t know what is it. I am not saying that compromise in a marriage, in relationship or between two businessman is a bad thing, but lets be honest, with the compromise no one actually gets what he really want. When we made a compromise with someone else we are actually getting a bit of something and the other human being is also getting a bit of some other thing, mostly what they wanted to have, but not the whole thing only the half of it. Also as we can see it is kinda good but it can also be better, much better. Thats the place where the WIN/WIN method comes in the question. Also the WIN/WIN method is nothing else then the situation where both sides are getting what they wish. Now, one can ask himself if that is even possible and if it is, how does one achieve it ? Also just like when we are looking a compromise with someone, we are talking, the method is actually pretty same, but in this case we are seeking the possibilities until both persons did not get what they want. Its really easy, and its possible. The crucial thing is that both sides do not lose they patience. In the compromise situation both are looking trough the talk golden middle. In this case a bit different both persons are looking for the solution where both are actually winning. Why did I say that both sides cant allow themselves to lose patience ? Because first of all with the patience we are in a positive flow of energy. That means that we are actually thinking positive and that we are self-conscious in every moment, on the opposite side when we lose our patience we are in the negative flow of energy and we are thinking in the negative way and the only thing that can happen is that we are going to get some negative idea where only one side is going to win, or where both sides are WINING but someone ELSE is LOSING. As we can see patience is actually crucial and trough the positive flow of energy the WIN/WIN solution is always going to come on the surface. Thanks for reading and God Bless You !!!
