Are You ready too Grind ?

Meaning of Word Grind:

Do you know what's the meaning of the Word Grind ? Grind it's simply another Word for Working. Also grinder is someone that is willing to work without end. Most Bosses are grinding all day and all night. Actually only 3% world population are grinding all day and all night. Most of us are grinding only 8 hours, 8 hours on our job's. But with those 8 hours we are not doing too much for our future. Now comes in the question why should I grind more then 8 hours. Well no one had say'ed that we need to grind 8 hours. But if we are working less, probably we will not be able too buy ourselves everything that we ever wanted. It's kinda logic that 8 hour work on our jobs is kinda too much, my personal opinion is that 6 hour work day is kinda normal. Then we are having more time for ourselves and maybe something from heaven comes in our head and with that idea probably we will be able to found our own job. But that's only my opinion. Probably because we are living in Capitalism, it's never going too happened. You know, rich people, they need to be more richer and we poor people, we need to be more poorer. It's simply the system in which we live.

Also now. If we are willing too open our own business that means that we need too do probably 19-21 hours per day. Most people are not willing too work so much. Yea it will be hard, but not forever. It will be hard probably first week or first month and then whola our body is already used on 3-4 hour sleep and we are in shape too make our dreams make true. We don't need too think that success comes over the Night. It's not going so. At the start it will be very hard, we will make small steps, very small steps. But if we continue too work every day, at the end of the day we will have some results. If we continue too work whole month, at the end of the month we will have some results. Because it's a process, like I say'ed no one becomes rich over the night, only in case that we won jackpot. That's the only exception. How to start a small business? We need to find something that we are loving, and that we are willing too do with a passion. Because if we don't love what we do, it will probably not bring results in future. Is simply as that. Most people don't like they jobs, they are going too work just because they need a money, like we all do. But if we are willing to find something that we really love, like and if we are willing too do it with a passion, at the end results will be positive, it's simply like that. It's really not important what are we doing, important is that we are doing it with love and passion and at the end we will succeed. So FIND something that you are LOVING, don't quit your job, because it takes time like I say'ed. You need to pay bills from something. Be humble. Be PASSION'ED, do it EVERY DAY and at the end you will succeed.
