How to Control Rage



In today talking we are going to talk about the Rage. We need to know that the Rage and the Hatred are actually narrowly connected, they are actually two different sides of the same coin. Also for the start we need to reveal that both of these emotions are actually the negative ones but also one more important thing is that both of these emotions are actually defense mechanism. Both, Rage and the Hatred are developed and are coming upon us in the situations in which we should not be. In the moments when we found ourselves in the situation in which our mind is not able to show us the way out, or in the other words in the situations in which we do not know how to make things better, how to get out of the situation, the Rage is going to come upon us. In those moments when we are powered with the Rage we need to notice it ? Why Is it so ? Because if we allow to ourselves to follow that feeling of the rage only thing that will come out is some even worse situation. Because in the moments when we are powered with the rage we are not controlling ourselves, instead the rage is one who is controlling us. That can be very dangerous, those moments have great possibility to destroy our life because in those situation probability is really high that we are going to do something for what we are maybe going to regret for the rest of our life. The self-control is the solution. When I say self-control they I am thinking about self-consciousness. That means that even when we are powered with the rage if we are aware of that, we are going to filter that rage trough the power of our thoughts. We are going to start thinking on something more positive just to get some other feeling, some positive one, some happy feeling, and also if we are aware in those moments of the moment, we are not going to do anything stupid because we are going to ask ourselves what is the best that we can do to improve this situation for just a bit. In those self-conscious moments the answer is going clearly to come upon us, and the only thing we should do is to follow that answer and not only that the situation is going to become better but also because of the actions we will take, because of the action which is inspired in the positive way, the rage feeling is going to go away and we will one more time feel good.
