When you shut your mind off you will start talking with your hearth. But is it possible, is there any way, any tool or any method to make such a thing, to achieve it ? How can you shut your mind, when you need your brain to live, when hes operating upon your whole body, upon all chemical processes within you. Well my friend to shut your mind is nothing else then the state of mind, I could call it clearance of the mind. When you are only observing your thoughts and when you are deciding for yourself what thoughts you are going to live. You know, we live in the society where the life is too fast. Too fast life equal to much information, and if you have everyday to much on your mind, then you don’t posses your mind but your mind posses'es you. It all starts with the practice, with the practice that you are trying to think on nothing, that you are starting to observe your thoughts, that you are going to control your thoughts and your emotions. The one who achieved control is never letting it go, because its everything for him, because it became integrated part of him, and because its the best drug on which you can be addicted. The funny thing is that when you start doing it, you will start noticing how your mind is fighting back, how he does not wish to perform this operation, but trough the power of the will you are going to be persistent, you are going to push forward. More you are pushing, more you are developing your will, and more you are taking control. Trough the practice until the mastery. The thing is that in one moment you are going to brake the limits of your mind, you are going to brake the chains in which you are living and you will become thoughtless, you are going to become limitless. As an observer, you are going to notice what other people are trying to do with you, on which path they are sending you, because its already part of you, you are not your thoughts, they are only part of you. Also the truth is that you are going to become immune on all human manipulations, because you already see the finish line before the one who is trying to influence you had get there. The thing is, you are going to become dangerous, at least in mental sense, you are going to become the warrior of the light. The truth is that because you are aware, you posses enormous power, but trough that power comes responsibility. Don’t try to use it to get what you wish to do, try to use it to bring a value, to bring changes in this world, to help people go trough the problems they have, because you are now able to see also the secret reason behind the problems. You know, if you use the negative side of the energy yes, you will get what you wish to have, you will live the life of your dreams but you are never going to be happy because it comes trough the negative flow. You can also get everything on the opposite side, it will only take more time, but at least you know that you are doing the right thing, at least your inner voice is not going to corrupt itself, its going to stay clear and clean. At the end of the day, do you wish to eat yourself from within or to lie without any problems in to your bed, with your peace within, knowing that every thing you did, or tried to do, you did it with noble purpose.
