In today’s episode as you can see we are talking about mental health. Also for the start to make things clear we are not going to talk about mental diseases because they are nothing else then the product of negative way of thinking. We need to know that when we are talking about mental health that we are talking about FOCUS. The truth is that these days people are not able to focus themselves on the particular things, instead of that they are drifting. In the case that you are one of those, that only means that you are thinking to much and that your focus is really low. Everything starts with focus, because the focus is only thing which connects you with higher you, with your unlimited potential. There are many ways how to improve your focus. There are also methods how to learn to focus one more time, if you really are not able to focus on anything. The thing is that to learn to focus one needs to start to meditate. The meditation is a powerful tool which is going to make you self-conscious and as such you are going to become an alchemist, alchemist of your own mind, you are going to come upon the holy knowledge, in the case that you learn how to shut down. But today we are not going to focus ourselves on meditation, instead of that we are going to talk about running. Running is not only healthy for the whole body, for the developing the persistence, for developing the more storage of energy, for you condition but also running is really incredible method for developing your focus. More you are focusing yourself on your breath, further will you be able to run. More you are doing it, more you are developing your focus, more you are developing the mastery. Everything is about the mastery, because with the time the day is going to come when you are going to be able to focus yourself only on your breath and as such you are going to unlock the moment, you are going to teach how to live in the moment, and as such because you learned how to live in moment you are also going to learn how to bring powerful decisions, decisions against which you are not going, decisions which are going to change your life, to shape your life, to change your mindset, the way of thinking. The truth is that we human beings are nothing else then the habitual beings and running is one of the really positive habits which you can embrace, the question is do you have courage to try it, to unlock the child within you and power up yourself with the energy just as you did when you were a child. At the end we already talked about the strong decisions, about the ultimate decisions, about the decisions against we are not going, and now you are staying in front of the crossroad of the life where you need to make such a decision and the decision lies completely on you, are you going to choose the growth or are you going to stay the same ?
